Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Don Q Limón
  • ¼ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. orange juice
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • one egg white
  • a few drops of orange flower water
  • an orange peel

Method

Step 1

Dissolve one part sugar to one part hot water and let cool

Step 2

Mix and shake rum, juice, liqueur and egg white

Step 3

Shake again with ice

Step 4

Top it with a few drops of Orange Flower. Mist with orange peel oil, and decorate with an orange peel
